The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for all Intent Notebooks, Inc. URL's. We use your IP address to help to diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session. This gives Intent Notebooks, Inc. information on which areas of our site are being visited. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that while a user's session is tracked, the user will remain anonymous. Our site has an order form available. We collect visitor's contact information (billing, shipping and email addresses), as well as financial information (bank account or credit card numbers) with the purpose of processing and shipping orders as well as promoting company's specials to our customers.

We ship our products from our warehouses in Perrineville, NJ USA using FEDEX or Aircargo as our main carriers. USPS is used primarily for small packages such as one laptop at a time. Below are the shipping methods we offer: Ground - We always ship next day of the order. Standard transit time is 5-7 Business days within USA. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays. If you need a different type of delivery, not listed above, please call us to make special arrangements.

Your submission of an order and/or receipt of an order confirmation automated or otherwise does not signify our acceptance of such order. Intent Notebooks reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem necessary, at our sole discretion, regardless of the order status or whether you have received a confirmation of the order. We reserve the right to require additional information from you before accepting or processing any order.

1. The customer assumes full responsibility for product compatibility. Intent Notebooks, Inc. does not guarantee any product compatibility.
2. Intent Notebooks, Inc. does not guarantee any cancellations, modifications, or alterations on any order if customer was not emailed with confirmation from a LaptopLandUsa.com customer service representative.

1. If you believe a new item you receive is defective, please notify the manufacturer.
2. For all other issues, Intent Notebooks, Inc. must be informed of any problems and/or order discrepancies (wrong product received, shipping damage or defective product) within 2 days from receipt of product - email your sales agent.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. RMA number is valid for 7 days (product must be received by Intent Notebooks, Inc. within 7 days of receipt of RMA).
4. Customer is responsible for :
   • Matching serial numbers to the invoice; proper packaging of the returned product; all shipping charges to return the product to Intent Notebooks, Inc.
   • Keeping/ensuring time-frames of RMA and Warranty periods; ensuring all accessories are returned with product; providing return reason and detailed description of the problem.
   • Insuring RMA number is visible on the shipping label (on shipping label only, do not write on the retail box).
5. Customer is advised to use carrier with tracking capability, as sender (customer) is fully responsible for shipping the (returned) package.
6. No refunds will be made after 14 days from date of invoice. Warranty replacement still remains in effect. No Exceptions.
7. Refund cannot be greater than the item's original purchase price.
8. Customer has the option of receiving the product back at the customer's expense. The customer must notify us of that option in RMA letter.
9. Typically returns are processed by the RMA department within 2 business days from the date of receipt. Processing time may vary for different products. For status you must email philippe@intentnotebooks.com
10. Intent Notebooks, Inc. reserves the right to make a decision based on test results, whether to replace, repair, or to refund in accordance with our return policy.
11. In case of exchange/replacement, the original warranty period transfers to the exchanged/replaced item.
12. Intent Notebooks, Inc. will not accept any products back that have been physically damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, repaired or modified. See Physical Damage Policy for details.
13. Notebook Laptops have 30 days DOA warranty only. Defective Laptops must be returned back to Intent Notebooks, Inc. within 30 days from date of invoice.

Intent Notebooks, Inc. does not offer technical assistance. We do not guarantee any product compatibility, or do we make any product recommendations or sales advice. 1. Intent Notebooks, Inc. is not responsible for providing a specific delivery service to receiver's area if it cannot be provided by a designated carrier.
2. We agree to file any damage claim immediately with its designated shipping carrier.
3. Any incorrect or missing item in the shipment, or a damaged package received by Purchaser must be reported to our customer service within 2 (two) business days from the date of receiving the products.
4. After carrier processes the claim and we receive documentation confirming that the claim is not denied, we can proceed with the refund or sending a replacement (carrier may request a damage evaluation of the original package in order to proceed with the claim). Purchaser can check the status of the claim by calling either to the carrier and providing the tracking number (can be obtained from our web-site) or to Intent Notebooks, Inc. customer service.

Unless otherwise indicated, the warranty periods are as follows:

• NEW RETAIL: These products are supported by the manufacturer and must be returned directly to the manufacturer. For additional information, please contact the Manufacturer.
• REFURBISHED: These products are covered by a 90-day warranty that may not be extended.
• USED: These products are covered by a 30-day warranty that may not be extended.

NO WARRANTY for any product with:

• Warranty sticker and/or serial number removed by customer.
• Physically abused (as described in return policy); missing accessories; rebate taken off and/or registered.

Intent Notebooks, Inc. offers advanced replacement for RMA returns only under the following conditions:

1. Customer must purchase the replacement item.
2. Customer must pay for shipping of replaced item (non-refundable).
3. Replacement item must be of identical model, must be in stock and available to ship.
4. Return shipping cost - sole responsibility of the customer.
5. No Advanced Replacement / Cross-shipping for items purchased beyond 14 days of invoice.
